Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made with Cornish Cowboy Cannolis for weddings, parties, private events, corporate events and other occasions.
By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings
A booking is only confirmed once we have received any required deposit or booking fee and have confirmed your booking in writing.
Availability is not guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate event details, including the event date, venue, timings, guest numbers and any relevant dietary or allergen information.
2. Deposits and payments
A deposit or booking fee may be required to secure your event date.
The amount required will be confirmed when your quote is provided.
Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance must be paid by the payment deadline stated on your invoice or booking confirmation, this is generally four weeks before the event.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled.
Deposits or booking fees are non-refundable where stated at the time of booking.
3. Pricing
All prices will be confirmed before your booking is finalised.
Your quote will be based on the information you provide, including:
Number of cannoli
Flavours
Event location
Service style
Travel requirements
Length of service
Any additional requests or extras
If your requirements change after booking, your final price may also change.
Any additional charges will be discussed with you before they are added.
4. Guest numbers and quantities
You are responsible for selecting an appropriate quantity of cannoli for your event.
We are happy to provide guidance on recommended quantities, but final numbers remain your responsibility.
Where possible, changes to quantities should be requested as early as possible.
We cannot guarantee that increases requested close to the event date can be accommodated.
5. Flavours
Flavour choices will be agreed before your event.
Some flavours or ingredients may be subject to availability.
If an ingredient becomes unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative wherever possible.
Minor variations in appearance, colour or decoration may occur because our products are prepared by hand.
6. Allergens and dietary requirements
Our cannoli may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to:
Milk
Gluten
Eggs
Nuts
Peanuts
Soya
Exact allergen information will depend on the flavours and ingredients selected.
You must notify us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements as early as possible.
Although we take reasonable care when preparing our products, we may operate in environments where allergens are present and therefore cannot guarantee that any product will be completely free from traces of allergens.
Guests with severe allergies should consider this carefully before consuming our products.
7. Event setup and access
Where our booking includes an on-site cannoli bar, display, setup or service, you are responsible for ensuring that we have reasonable access to the venue.
This includes suitable access for unloading, setup and collection where required.
You must let us know in advance about any restrictions that may affect our service, including:
Limited vehicle access
Stairs or difficult access
Venue restrictions
Limited setup time
Parking restrictions
Outdoor locations
Additional charges may apply if unexpected access issues significantly affect the agreed service.
8. Venue requirements
You are responsible for checking that your venue allows external food suppliers.
Any permissions, venue fees or requirements imposed by the venue must be arranged by you unless otherwise agreed.
We will make reasonable efforts to comply with venue requirements that are communicated to us in advance.
9. Outdoor events
If your event is outdoors, you must provide an appropriate covered and safe area for us to operate from where required.
Weather conditions may affect our ability to provide certain elements of the service safely.
If weather conditions create a safety or food-quality concern, we reserve the right to alter the setup or service.
10. Cancellations by you
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any refund will depend on how much notice is given and any costs we have already incurred.
Cancellation terms are:
More than 6 weeks before the event: any balance paid may be refunded, excluding the booking deposit.
Between 4 and 6 weeks before the event: 50% of the total booking price may remain payable.
Less than 4 weeks before the event: the full booking price may remain payable.
Where ingredients, personalised items or other non-refundable costs have already been purchased, these costs may also be deducted from any refund.
11. Changes to your booking
We will always try to accommodate changes to your event where possible.
Changes to the date, venue, guest numbers, flavours or service requirements may result in a revised quote.
A change of date is subject to availability.
If we cannot accommodate your new date, this may be treated as a cancellation.
12. Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Where we are unable to provide the agreed service, we will refund payments made for services we are unable to provide.
Our liability will generally be limited to the amount you have paid us for the booking.
13. Unforeseen circumstances
We will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing our services where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This may include severe weather, road closures, accidents, venue closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, major transport disruption or other unexpected events.
Where possible, we will work with you to find a reasonable alternative.
14. Service times
Where your package includes service for a specified period, the start and finish times will be agreed before the event.
If the event runs late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to extend the agreed service period, however, we will always try our best!
Additional service time may be charged where an extension is agreed and possible, however we like to try and be flexible to make your event perfect for you.
15. Leftover cannoli
Where appropriate, leftover cannoli may be left with you at the end of the event.
Once products have been handed over or left at the venue, responsibility for their storage and consumption passes to you.
Cannoli are fresh products and should be stored and consumed in accordance with any guidance we provide.
16. Photographs and social media
We may occasionally take photographs of our cannoli displays or setup for our website and social media.
We will aim to avoid identifying guests unless verbal permission has been given.
If you do not want photographs of your event setup used for promotional purposes, please let us know before your event.
17. Damage and equipment
Where we provide reusable display items, stands, serving equipment or other property, these remain the property of Cornish Cowboy Cannolis unless otherwise agreed.
You may be charged for equipment that is lost, damaged or not returned as agreed.
18. Complaints
We want you to be happy with our service.
If you have a concern, please contact us as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Any complaint about food quality should ideally be raised on the day of the event or as soon as reasonably possible afterwards.
19. Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
We will not be responsible for losses caused by information you fail to provide, venue restrictions that were not disclosed to us, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
20. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
21. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
